This is a technique that I have messed around with before, typically unplanned, when sitting in a vehicle after or during a rainstorm. I went to Hobby Lobby the other day and picked up some new paper. This one with roses seemed like a good choice to kick off the month of February.
Today I am sick, this is the remedy.
Model paint (oil paint) dropped into rubbing alcohol, stirred.
